Locust – An Introduction
Saturday, September 9th, 2006Generally, locust is the name given to a swarm of short-horned grasshoppers. These are species that can breed rapidly under suitable conditions and subsequently become gregarious and migratory. They can travel great distances, rapidly stripping fields and greatly damaging crops.
